Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please arrange the return with your preferred courier and ensure the package is securely packed.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once processed, it can take an additional 7 working days for the refund to arrive in your bank account.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
